Engineering ERP that people actually use

Most enterprise systems fail on adoption, not architecture. Here is how we design for the person at the desk.

The adoption problem

Enterprise software rarely fails because the database schema was wrong. It fails because the people expected to use it every day quietly route around it — spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper.

Designing for the desk

We start every ERP engagement by shadowing the operators. What does a day actually look like? Which three screens carry ninety percent of the work?

  • Fewer screens, deeper screens
  • Keyboard-first data entry
  • Defaults that reflect reality, not the org chart

Measuring outcomes

We do not ship modules, we ship reduced cycle time. If invoice approval took four days and now takes four hours, the system worked.

Reading is good. Building is better.

If something here maps to a problem you're facing, we should talk about it properly.
